Flexibility part:

Exercises to stimulate full-body joint flexibility, as joints play an essential role in range of motion and athletic performance

The Balance part:

Bodyweight balancing exercises increase muscular endurance as well as neurological and physical coordination

Stretching part:

Stretching and stretching exercises for the whole body muscles as it contributes to muscle recovery after exercise or fatigue

A session that combines flexibility, balance, and stretching in a calm and inspiring environment.

A holistic session to release tension from the body, calm the mind, and reconnect with yourself.

In case of absence, no substitute classes will be made up)

- Confirmation of the reservation is done after the payment is processed

- No cancellations or refunds allowed after booking 

- Reservations can be transferred to another person up to 24 hours before the class 

- Timekeeping is essential, and tardiness of more than 10 minutes may prevent you from entering the class in order to preserve the overall experience
