- Effective for enhancing performance in everyday life, not just in sports

It's an exercise that prepares your body to perform its daily functions better, easier, and safer.

In case of no-shows, no substitute classes will be offered 

- Confirmation of the reservation is done after the payment is processed

- No cancellations or refunds allowed after booking 

- Reservations can be transferred to another person up to 24 hours before the class 

- Timekeeping is essential, and tardiness of more than 10 minutes may prevent you from entering the class in order to preserve the overall experience
